My Year of MacBook Troubles

Perhaps you’d like to help me out? For a year I’ve had troubles with my MacBook. Now I seem to be stuck in an endless loop at Apple Support.

I’m at a loss about how to proceed, so as a desperate measure I’m posting details about my case and linking to it from Digg.
