Tesugen

I like the concept of virtual water (in an op-ed column yesterday I read that a hamburger “contains” 2 000 litres of virtual water), and I’m thinking whether something like this could be used when talking about planning in software projects—for instance, “the virtual cost for this feature ended up being 4 000 dollars.”
