Micah Alpern, notes from a talk by Google’s Marissa Mayer: “Every Monday everyone at Google writes a paragraph about what they’ve been working on over the last week. Everyone’s report is then automatically compiled and presented alongside their picture to provide visibility of their ideas to the rest of the company and encourage the formation of spontaneous connections.” (Via Erik Stattin.)
